Job summary

Medtronic Neuroscience is seeking a Principal Training and Education Specialist focused on Interventional Pain Therapies. You'll develop and execute new hire, launch, and selling skills training, integrating innovative technology into learning pathways and ensuring clinical and sales teams are competent to support and sell Pain products.

You will partner with faculty and cross-functional leaders, oversees content creation, and drive course design aligned with regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of relevant experience in clinical lab settings, clinical training or medical device field sales/healthcare (or 9+ years with an Associate's degree or 7+ with a Bachelor's).
• Experience leading/supporting medical device product launch training strategy and execution.
• Proficiency with instructional design and e-learning development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute New Hire, Launch and Selling Skills training courses for Interventional Pain Therapies.
• Influence the design of new product launch training plans with a focus on clinical/technical competency.
• Design engaging, sales-focused training programs to increase knowledge and selling skills.
• Update curricula to reflect product changes and market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to create training materials and metrics.
• Demonstrate training effectiveness through program evaluation and data analytics.
• Support Pain Therapies sales/clinical teams across training initiatives.
