Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, seeks a remote Associate Clinical Specialist to support Neuromodulation therapies across the territory. You will assist in surgical procedures, provide clinical education, and troubleshoot devices, while coordinating with physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role demands travel to district accounts, strong Excel and mobile device usage, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifikationen

• A High School Diploma or GED with a minimum 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
• An Associate’s Degree with a minimum 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
• A Bachelor’s degree

Aufgaben

• Represents Medtronic during surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and products required are available, providing technical support and device selection, and performing programming and testing of all device systems
• Manages patients through all phases of the clinical process as well as educate them on the features and benefits of Medtronic products
• Provides clinical support in surgeries, re-programmings, troubleshooting and follow ups in hospitals and clinics
• Responds promptly and appropriately to technical inquiries by customers, patients, and colleagues
• Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on products and therapies.
• Assists Management and Sales Training department in education/training of new employees in the district
• Complies with required event reporting and documentation utilizing Medtronic technology tools
• Accountable for placing orders with customer service for pending purchase orders and product replacement
• Travels to cover district cases as needed in the district, and occasionally to other districts at the discretion of Clinical Manager
• Requirements to wear protective gear and lift up to 40 lbs; ability to travel up to 50% of time; schedule flexibility including weekends/evenings
