Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large, cross-team programs in complex organizations.
• Strong experience with B2B SaaS products or platforms, esp. identity, access, monetization, billing, or related systems.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end delivery from definition through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional programs from strategy and planning through launch and post-launch learning.
• Translate priorities into clear program plans, milestones, success metrics, and execution rhythms.
• Align Product, Engineering, and Design on scope, sequencing, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
