Tandem Diabetes Care Inc. is seeking a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to lead production support and incident management for our global insulin delivery systems. You will drive SLI/SLO governance, increase automation, and reduce toil while partnering with Security and Compliance to ensure regulatory readiness.

The role emphasizes implementing Terraform/IaC, enhancing CI/CD reliability, and growing the SRE/DevOps capability across a distributed team. Fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading production support and incident management for complex systems.
• Proficiency with Terraform/IaC at scale and policy-as-code guardrails.
• Hands-on CI/CD with reliability guardrails and automated rollback.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day production support and incident response across distributed teams.
• Define and own SLI/SLOs and drive reliability priorities.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and automation to reduce toil.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines with reliability features and guardrails.
• Partner with Security and Compliance for regulatory readiness.
