Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a client, seeks a Principal Solution Architect based in the United States to lead architecture across multiple strategic programs, guiding complex transformations from vision to delivery.

You will design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions spanning cloud, data, integration, and AI, while establishing governance and patterns that improve delivery across programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience with architecture leadership across strategic programs.
• Expertise across cloud, data, integration, AI platforms and distributed systems.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to establish standards and governance across multiple programs.
• Experience designing solutions across on-premise, hosted, hybrid, and SaaS.
• Cloud and deployment knowledge across AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP; containers, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, messaging, event-driven architectures (Kafka, Spark).
• Hands-on production AI experience: LLMs, RAG, model endpoints, monitoring, AI governance.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership and ability to set strategic direction and resolve complex delivery challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture direction across multiple strategic client programs, making clear technical decisions and trade-offs.
• Establish reference architectures, reusable integration patterns, and governance standards for consistent implementation across client engagements.
• Design and modernize scalable solutions across cloud, data, integration, AI, financial crime, regulatory, and core banking environments.
• Ensure production solutions meet security, resilience, scalability, performance, observability, and maintainability.
• Define architecture patterns and production standards for LLMs, RAG, vector retrieval, model integration, monitoring, and AI governance.
• Advise client CIOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders on modernization strategies, architecture decisions, risks, and priorities.
• Support strategic business development through proposals, RFP responses, discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical sales discussions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate client insights into platform improvements, roadmaps, and technical strategy.
• Mentor and develop IC3 and IC4 architects while strengthening architecture practices across the team.
