Ladders is seeking a Principal, Business Management - Debt to join our remote team and lead debt execution across renewable energy financing, with a focus on solar, wind, and storage projects. The role blends transaction leadership, credit analysis, and commercial negotiation to improve close rates and support revenue and P&L outcomes.

Formación
- 8–10+ years of experience in renewable energy project finance or structured lending.
- Deep expertise in project finance debt structures for solar, wind, and storage.
- Experience presenting transactions to credit or investment committees.
Responsabilidades
- Lead debt mandates from IOI through close as the primary negotiator.
- Own transaction velocity and close rates, impacting revenue and P&L targets.
- Author credit memos and present transactions to Credit Committee.
- Lead deal teams, mentoring junior members on credit and execution.
- Run debt execution with lenders and institutional capital providers.
- Partner with Industry Coverage to qualify opportunities and provide market feedback.
- Drive standardization of execution processes and adoption of AI-enabled modeling.
