You will define objectives, establish governance, manage dependencies, and drive execution while collaborating with product and business leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of program or product management experience across multiple teams.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs.
• Strong analytical, business, and data-driven decision capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs tied to product and business priorities.
• Turn objectives into defined programs with milestones and owners.
• Establish governance and operating rhythms across multiple teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive resolution with senior visibility.
• Lead programs for product launches, commercialization, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product leaders to align roadmaps with business needs.
• Use data to establish baselines, measure progress, and support decisions.
