Lumen is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Outbound Product team to drive complex programs that translate product and business priorities into measurable outcomes. This remote role oversees cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, with strong governance and accountability.

You will lead with business judgment and analytical thinking, influencing across organizations without direct authority to deliver product launches,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, product management, product operations, technology leadership, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Ability to define program structure, ownership, governance, and success metrics, and drive execution.
• Strong analytical and business skills with data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs tied to key product, customer, and business priorities.
• Turn broad objectives into clear programs with defined outcomes, workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and measures of success.
• Establish governance and operating rhythms to drive execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Identify risks and decisions early, drive resolution, and provide leadership with visibility into support needs.
• Lead programs supporting product launches, commercialization, customer adoption, migrations, and strategic partnerships.
• Partner with Product leaders to align roadmaps with required work across the business and bring insights back into decisions.
• Use data to establish baselines, measure progress, and identify opportunities; build repeatable approaches for complex programs.
