Job summary

Surge seeks a Principal Product Manager, Ecosystem to drive onchain protocol initiatives with the Onchain Protocol team, responsible for moving billions in digital assets each month. You will lead strategy, vision, and execution for onchain protocols, including cross-chain bridges, chain abstraction, Paymasters, and Smart Wallets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management ownership driving business strategy for complex products.
• Strong technical background in CS or engineering concepts.
• Highly analytical and data-driven; uses onchain data and market evidence.
• Proven ability to influence across cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with ecosystem builders to accelerate USDC usage and adoption.
• Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for onchain initiatives.
• Conduct onchain data analysis to identify trends and high-potential dApps.
• Define end-to-end developer and user experiences for stablecoin products.
• Lead cross-functional squads across engineering, legal, data science, marketing, and biz.
• Represent the company to the crypto ecosystem; participate in developer conversations and standards.
