Job summary

Digital Asset is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Stablecoins & Onchain Payments to lead activation across the Canton Network. You will own the strategy, align with institutional partners, and shape how stablecoins and payments move on-chain.

You will partner with Legal and Compliance to meet global standards, while driving privacy-enabled, scalable solutions for traditional and crypto finance. This hybrid role requires presence 3 days a week in NY/London/Zurich/Budapest.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on stablecoins and payments.
• Proven track record shipping products related to stablecoins intersecting treasury management, cross-border payments, or ACH.
• Deep understanding of the stablecoin and payments stack.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology; familiarity with payments-focused layer 1/2 ecosystems is a plus.
• Ability to discuss architecture, smart contracts, and settlement workflows with engineers.
• Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments with security, compliance and reliability.
• Comfort discussing business models, pricing strategies and tokenomics.
• BONUS: Canton Network, Daml, or institutional-grade stablecoin payment apps experience.
• Willingness to work at least 3 days per week from an office (New York, Zürich, London or Budapest).

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate sustainable stablecoin and payment use cases on Canton with institutional partners.
• Define and execute strategy and roadmap for stablecoins and payments activation on Canton Network.
• Work with partners to design workflows connecting legacy payment systems with Canton’s privacy-enabled ledger.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to meet global standards while preserving privacy benefits.
• Ensure scaling of use cases with high availability, security and low latency settlement.
• Define and track KVIs like Mint/Burn volumes and transaction metrics.
• Act as primary product SME for stablecoins and payments within Digital Asset.
