BairesDev is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps. You will own the product backlog and ensure alignment with user needs and strategic objectives.

You will drive end-to-end discovery, prioritize features, and lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Strong English and leadership are required for this global, 100% remote role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Proven expertise in product backlog management and feature delivery for engineering teams.
• Strong skills in conducting user research to identify and translate insights into actionable product opportunities.
• Proficiency in using prioritization frameworks to manage stakeholders and define product roadmaps.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end product discovery to validate high-impact features and refine the product vision.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure steady delivery for the engineering team.
• Conduct deep-dive user research to identify pain points and translate them into scalable product opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps balancing immediate features with long-term growth.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to align scope and success metrics.
