CommonSpirit Health seeks an experienced Principal Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, owning technical and process documentation and delivering enterprise-wide solutions.

You will mentor others, educate cross-functional teams, and reflect our mission while driving improvements in governance, data analysis, and project outcomes across the organization. Remote-eligible with strong leadership and communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience as a business, data, or technical analyst.

Mansioni

• Own and lead requirements analysis from business needs to technical solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional analyses and drive consensus with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes, data flows and governance.
• Mentor and educate teams on best practices and ITD standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities across projects.
• Support release management with test plans and user acceptance testing.
