Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks a Principal Architect to coordinate the implementation and integration of complex applications across enterprise environments. You will work with IT leadership and business teams to ensure information flow aligns with standards and strategic goals.

In this consultative role, you will lead architecture direction, oversee integrations and data workflows, and mentor Application Analysts while driving best practices and regulatory compliance in healthcare IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Healthcare environment.
• 7+ years’ experience in a healthcare IT role.
• Knowledge of systems and application development in healthcare.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and privacy consent management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and integration of complex applications across enterprise environments.
• Partner with IT leadership, project managers, and end users to define requirements and align features with enterprise standards.
• Lead application integrations, upgrades, and new modules while managing complex configurations and testing.
• Provide architecture leadership and vendor management, coordinating with product teams on roadmaps and capabilities.
• Mentor Application Analysts and other IT staff on best practices and technical methodologies.
• Drive standardization, documentation, and ongoing skills development across the team.
