Ladders is seeking an Information Security Analyst Principal to provide senior-level security support across government information systems and safeguard data in a remote environment. The role shapes security infrastructure, assesses changes, and guides mitigation efforts for risks and vulnerabilities in collaboration with technical teams.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $110,500 – $149,500 annually. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT security experience.
• CISSP or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT security, CS, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Expert knowledge of data security administration principles.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodology and federal security policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide security support for government information systems.
• Facilitate design and implementation of security infrastructure.
• Analyze information systems for security functionality.
• Conduct security impact assessments for development changes.
• Assist in mitigating controls for security issues.
• Guide creation of Standard Operating Procedures and security documentation.
• Manage responses to security vulnerabilities related to government systems.
