Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Information Security Analyst Principal to provide senior-level security support across government information systems and safeguard data in a remote environment. Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT security experience.
  • CISSP or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT security, CS, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of data security administration principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodology and federal security policies.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Information Security Analyst Principal to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will provide senior-level security support across government information systems, with a strong focus on safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring compliance with federal security requirements.

You will help shape security infrastructure, assess the impact of system and development changes, and guide mitigation efforts for identified risks and vulnerabilities.

The position also partners with technical teams to strengthen procedures, documentation, and operational security practices in a remote environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,500 – $149,500 annually
