Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Business Programming Technologist to join the PROsolutions Integrated Applications service line. This role develops scalable, high-quality solutions that support Finance, Operations, and Integrated Supply Chain objectives.

You will work as a full-stack developer, collaborating with business stakeholders and applying ETL/data warehousing expertise to deliver rapid, measurable value in a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with 5+ years of related work experience.
• 4+ years of development experience writing software for client/server/web applications.
• 4+ years of business experience building solutions for Finance/Operations/ or Integrated Supply Chain.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team player who can empathize with end users and BPs.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and implement solutions for Finance, Operations, and Integrated Supply Chain.
• Monitor and troubleshoot weekly scheduled ETL processes.
• Plan SME group meetings to partner with end users.
• Communicate process/product changes to BP team and end users.
• Document and prioritize partner enhancement requests.
• Provide ad hoc research and ticket support for the user community.
