Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Principal Engineer for the Workforce Technology Team (WTT). You will shape engineering strategy, drive architecture, and partner with product to deliver scalable frontend and backend solutions across a global IT landscape.

You will mentor senior engineers, lead technical decisions at scale, and advance security practices while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality technology delivery in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• 11+ years of software & infrastructure engineering with leadership
• Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures
• Expertise in Azure and modern web technologies
• Experience building high throughput booking and real‑time services
• Bridge frontend and backend technical domains
• Lead technical strategy and engineering decisions
• Implement monitoring and security practices
• Strong mentoring and cross‑team collaboration
• Willingness to work on-site a few times per year as needed
