Job summary

Fluxx Labs Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Principal Engineer to join their Engineering team. In this hands-on role, you will lead the architecture and implementation of large initiatives on our grantmaking platform, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

With over 8 years of experience, you will be expected to produce high-quality code, mentor fellow engineers, and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. This remote role requires candidates to be located in the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably as a Principal Engineer or architect.
• Deep experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
