Maximus is seeking a Principal DevOps Architect to provide technical leadership across enterprise DevOps, cloud architecture, containerization, software delivery, and automation. You will establish architecture and engineering best practices, guide large initiatives, and partner with development, cloud, security, and operations to deliver scalable, reliable solutions for enterprise and government programs.

This is a fully remote position with 15% travel.

Competenze

• 15+ years enterprise IT experience with solution architecture, cloud platforms, software development, integration, and delivery leadership.
• Strong coding skills with .NET 4 and .NET 8+, plus JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Vue.js.
• Extensive SQL skills and data modeling; experience with SQL Server and SSRS is a plus.
• Experience with secure software solutions; familiarity with AWS services.

Mansioni

• Define and implement DevOps and containerization best practices and release pipelines across the enterprise.
• Lead and mentor the DevOps Engineering team, promoting excellence and best practices.
• Develop and implement configuration management for the SDLC and manage source code in VCS.
• Work with Cloud Services to install, upgrade, deploy, and containerize applications.
• Create automation scripts for build, deployment, and versioning activities.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and IT ops to automate builds/deployments and CI environments.
• Oversee large, technically complex projects and ensure service delivery excellence.
