Job summary

Humana is seeking a Principal Data Enterprise Architect to lead the enterprise data strategy, architecture, and modernization efforts. You will guide the transformation to a domain-driven data product model, establish governance, and drive data quality across business units.

Reporting to the Associate VP, Enterprise Architecture, the role requires 10+ years in data architecture, strong leadership, and the ability to align stakeholders across IT and business to enable analytics and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise or data architecture with deep expertise in data architecture and strategy.
• Proven leadership in large-scale data transformation initiatives (data platforms, integrations, or migrations).
• Strong experience with data integration patterns, including APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to define enterprise roadmaps and execute across complex organizations.
• Expertise in data governance, data modeling, and systems of record.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
