Job summary

Raydar is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer, Data & AI to become the founding technical pre-sales and data expert. You will define the function from scratch, own the technical outcomes of major enterprise deals, and connect commercial teams, customers, product, and engineering.

You will translate complex healthcare data and AI capabilities into clear customer outcomes, build reusable demo environments, and partner with cross-functional teams to push deals forward without waiting for

Qualifications

5–10 years in customer-facing solutions engineering or related roles.
Experience owning full technical evaluations in complex enterprise deals.
Hands-on with Snowflake, Databricks, and SQL.
Fluency with healthcare claims data (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, NPI).
Ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Daily use of modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.).
US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
Experience in MedTech/healthcare data.
Familiarity with REST APIs, CRM, BI tools, Python, Delta Sharing, HIPAA/SOC 2.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise deals.
Configure data and AI products with customers and integrate into Snowflake, Databricks, APIs, CRMs.
Translate customer needs into product requirements and technical narratives.
Own the technical narrative for AI and MCP products and workflows.
Build demo environments, discovery guides, and scalable architecture patterns.
Collaborate closely with commercial, product, data, and engineering teams.
