Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Principal Business Development Manager for Unit 42 to drive expansion of consulting services and substantial revenue growth across assigned territories.

You will partner with core sales, build relationships with C-level executives, and negotiate complex enterprise engagements to elevate Unit 42 as a premier security advisory. This remote role collaborates across geographies to solve large-scale problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in business development or sales leadership in cybersecurity.
• Track record of exceeding multi-million dollar quotas in enterprise sales.
• 10+ years selling complex security solutions or services (offensive security, IR, risk).
• Mastery of MEDDIC or similar sales methodology with success closing six-figure enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify opportunities to build a robust Unit 42 consulting services pipeline.
• Develop account and regional strategies to exceed bookings goals.
• Lead high-level conversations with core sales teams to accelerate services adoption.
• Scope, negotiate, and close sophisticated enterprise contracts with large enterprises.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers to articulate business value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional partners to maximize growth.
• Maintain account intelligence and forecast opportunities using SFDC.
