Job summary

Bixal is seeking a Principal Cloud & DevSecOps Architect to lead cloud and DevSecOps architecture for federal delivery programs. This fully remote role requires 10+ years of experience and offers a competitive salary range of $178,000 – $195,000.

The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring compliance and quality across complex federal environments. The position supports a variety of flexible benefits including 401K matching and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cloud engineering, DevSecOps, platform engineering, SRE, or technical architecture.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical solutioning for select pursuits, helping shape win themes.
• Define and own cloud architecture and DevSecOps strategy.
• Lead modernization efforts including legacy-to-cloud migrations and automation.
