Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI, reporting, or analytics engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or similar enterprise BI platforms.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, data modeling, semantic models, and KPI development.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise dashboards and decision-support capabilities.
• Experience working with business and executive stakeholders to translate needs into analytics solutions.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver enterprise analytics and decision-support solutions across Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions.
• Develop and standardize KPIs, metrics, semantic models, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Lead the technical design and development of executive dashboards and operational decision-support solutions.
• Build advanced Power BI dashboards, semantic models, data transformations, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Analyze complex enterprise data to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Enterprise Architecture to define data requirements and governance.
