• Develop a deep understanding of the business you support—customers, pipeline, coverage, productivity, and performance.
• Lead the operating rhythm for your business, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and planning.
• Lead high-priority strategic and operational work for Sales leadership and carry work from question to decision and adoption.
• Build for scale from the outset; identify opportunities to automate and simplify processes.
• Shape annual and in-year GTM planning with cross-functional input and accountability.
• Work across Finance, Analytics, Compensation, Enablement, Systems, and central Operations.
