Job summary

Global InfoTek, Inc. is seeking a Principal Scientist to be the senior technical authority on an R&D program focused on passive RF emitter identification and analysis from real-time sensor streams.

You will lead hands-on data analysis, set technical direction, and serve as the main advisor to the government sponsor. This is a deeply technical role requiring independent, end-to-end work in air-gapped Linux environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on applied R&D in RF systems or signals intelligence.
• Ability to quickly acquire domain knowledge in wireless and military tech.
• Proven capability to write production-quality analytical code in Python.
• Experience with large real-world datasets, noise, bias and errors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent, hands-on data analysis on RF sensor datasets with Python/Jupyter; formulate hypotheses, run analyses, interpret results and produce actionable findings.
• Provide technical direction across a multidisciplinary team; review outputs from AI/ML engineers and software developers.
• Serve as primary technical advisor to government sponsor; translate requirements and communicate findings to non-specialists.
• Design investigations into RF sensor data quality, emitter behavior, and attribution reliability; identify artifacts and error sources.
• Produce technical documentation: working notes, findings, monthly status reports, and briefing materials.
