Job summary

Humana seeks an Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting Principal to analyze and forecast financial and operational data. You will establish metrics, guidance for senior leadership, and drive enterprise-wide strategies.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills. Reporting to the VP Actuarial Analytics & Forecasting, this remote position involves occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• 7+ years of technical experience.
• 2-5 years of project leadership.
• FSA or ASA and other relevant professional designations; advanced degree plus recent experience.
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and operational data to support strategic decisions.
• Develop accurate, timely reporting and insights for leadership and partners.
