Humana Inc. is seeking an Actuarial Analyst 1 in Analytics/Forecasting within the Pricing team to develop pricing assumptions, submit bids, and file rate certifications with regulators.

The role supports pricing implementations, new plans, and benefits changes while advising Product Development on cost impact and maintaining pricing tools. Required to establish market metrics, analyze results, and recommend actions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree and successful completion of at least 1 actuarial exam.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in writing and speech.
• Commitment to continuous improvement with ability to automate and streamline processes.

Aufgaben

• Develop pricing assumptions, submit bids, and file premium rates and rate certifications with regulators.
• Support implementation of rates, new plans, and benefit changes; advise on cost impact of products.
• Develop and maintain tools for pricing standard and custom benefits; analyze market trends and projections.
• Coordinate with Sales and other partners to drive profitable membership growth and provide actuarial certifications for rate filings.
