Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules.
• Experience analyzing critical path, constraints, and schedule impacts.
• Strong communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Organize, implement, and maintain project scheduling systems.
• Set up project tasks and subtasks to meet schedule requirements.
• Develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6.
• Maintain the P6 database with statuses and timelines.
• Prepare scheduled reports for coordination and management reporting.
• Collaborate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to update schedules.
• Participate in meetings and provide scheduling updates and recommendations.
