Ladders is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient-centered primary care in a role that blends in-office and telehealth modalities. You will work with a diverse patient panel, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and leverage technology to expand access to care.

The position offers a remote-friendly setup with a sign-on bonus and ongoing learning opportunities, plus licensure support for virtual care where needed.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• 2 years of outpatient primary care experience, or 1 year plus a fellowship or urgent care experience.
• State licensed in California by start date.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care.
• Proficient in using technology for high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with a wide range of care needs.
• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via tele-health.
• Engage in continuous learning through clinical rounds.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures.
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual care as needed.
