Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers per CMS/AAPC guidelines.
• Experience in professional fee coding, validation, auditing, or QA preferred.
• Experience with EPIC or other EMR platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate AI-coded E/M and diagnoses for Primary Care.
• Review and verify ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifier assignments.
• Identify documentation gaps and compliance concerns; provide rationale for corrections.
• Maintain client-specific productivity and accuracy standards (min 12–15 charts/hour).
• Collaborate with coding and quality teams to support coding excellence.
