Canidium, LLC is expanding its Pricing Practice and hiring a Pricing Consultant to support a growing team. You will design pricing strategies, manage stakeholders, analyze pricing processes, and deliver quality solutions that improve clients’ financial performance.

The role offers flexible hours and remote work, 15 days of paid vacation, 12 holidays, 1 volunteer day, paid training, and a competitive salary range of $90K-$130K, with profit sharing and 401K match.

Competenze

• 5+ years in B2B pricing, finance, or related domain; Pricefx preferred.
• Experience implementing applications within pricing, marketing, or related areas.
• Proven ability to present to diverse organizational levels.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing consulting experience in enterprise software or tech.
• Able to plan, prioritize and manage deliverables within timelines and budgets.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Previous functional lead experience on project teams.
• Knowledge of JIRA; Agile is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Google apps.

• Lead workshops to gather and evaluate business requirements and document needs.
• Demonstrate Pricefx software and share pricing best practices.
• Analyze client requirements and map to Pricefx capabilities.
• Produce high-quality business requirements docs using Canidium methodologies.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement solutions delivering value.
• Conduct Train the Trainer sessions for client teams and knowledge transfer.
• Identify improvements to internal tools, templates, and processes.
• Contribute to corporate knowledge assets and develop domain expertise.
