Job summary

Sysco is seeking a pricing administrator to manage centralized pricing and purchase order flow within the SMS system. This role supports the accuracy of supplier costing across multiple applications from a remote US-based location.

You will implement and maintain cost files, review supplier submissions, resolve live PO inquiries before shipment, and collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely reconciliations. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain accurate centralized supplier product costing in multiple applications
• Implement and review Supplier cost file submissions for accuracy
• Resolve live purchase order inquiries prior to purchase order ship date
• Research and resolve purchase order claims and repayment requests in collaboration with Accounts Payable, to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations
• Assist and educate internal Colleagues and external Suppliers with pricing functionality and cost file submissions
• Implement and maintain new item additions and attributes
• Initiate root cause analysis on repetitive cost discrepancies and implement corrective action
• Manually maintain accurate supplier records for publication and use by multiple departments
