Job summary

Sysco Business Services, a division of Sysco Resources Services, LLC, is seeking a Pricing/Cost Analyst responsible for centralized pricing, cost file maintenance, and PO inquiries. This remote role supports multiple applications and requires collaboration with Accounts Payable and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of business experience, education beyond high school preferred, and familiarity with pricing systems (RME, AS240). Remote work from the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of business experience in pricing or related operations.
• Experience in customer service, contract/rebate management, and project management is a plus.
• Familiar with supplier pricing, cost files, and payment workflows within Sysco systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain accurate centralized supplier product costing in multiple applications.
• Review supplier cost file submissions for accuracy.
• Resolve live purchase order inquiries prior to PO ship date.
• Research and resolve PO claims and reimbursement requests with Accounts Payable.
• Assist and educate internal colleagues and external suppliers on pricing functionality.
• Manage new item additions and attributes.
• Initiate root cause analysis on cost discrepancies and implement corrective action.
• Maintain supplier records for publication and cross-department use.

Job Summary:

Responsible for administration and maintenance of Sysco Merchandising and Supply Chain ("SMS") centralized pricing and purchase order flow

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and maintain accurate centralized supplier product costing in multiple applications
• Implement and review Supplier cost file submissions for accuracy
• Resolve live purchase order inquiries prior to purchase order ship date
• Research and resolve purchase order claims and repayment requests in collaboration with Accounts Payable, to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations
• Assist and educate internal Colleagues and external Suppliers with pricing functionality and cost file submissions
• Implement and maintain new item additions and attributes
• Initiate root cause analysis on repetitive cost discrepancies and implement corrective action
• Manually maintain accurate supplier records for publication and use by multiple departments

Education Required:

• Preferred knowledge of Sysco systems and processes for centralized price management (RME, AS240)
• Intermediate to advanced analytical skills for accuracy.
• Preferred knowledge of product codes (SUPC/Material), vendor codes (SUVC/SMS Vendor# logic), pricing, and developing Supplier and Sysco OpSite relationships.
