Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Actuarial Analyst 1, Analytics/Forecasting within the Pricing team. You will develop pricing assumptions, submit bids, and file premium rates with regulators to obtain approvals, while supporting rate implementations for new plans and benefits.

You will analyze market metrics, advise on cost impact of new products, and build tools for pricing standards. The role requires strong written and oral communication and a commitment to continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Successful completion of at least 1 actuarial exam.
• Able to articulate ideas effectively in writing and speaking.
• Demonstrated commitment to automate and streamline processes.
