Job summary

ICF is seeking a Prevention Program Assistant to join a team strengthening a prevention-focused culture across ORR’s care provider network. The role embeds with ORR’s response team, supporting data collection, quality improvement, and routine reporting for ~150 provider programs.

The position is six months with possible extension, requiring strong administrative skills in a remote, distributed setting and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting a team remotely.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience acceptable.
• Must obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide workflow management, data organization, and quality control.
• Support Manager and Prevention Specialists administratively.
• Maintain workplans, calendars, and assignment trackers.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and provider engagements.
• Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up documentation.
• Track due dates and follow-up actions for accountability.
• Assist with data collection and organization for incident reports and findings.
• Maintain data repositories and document libraries for analysis.
