Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Presales Systems Engineer – IT Security in Germany. The role is based in home office within the region or Fortinet Hamburg office, involving collaboration with sales, partners, and customers to understand business needs and translate them into Fortinet’s Security Fabric solutions.

You will design and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and PoCs, while working with cross-functional teams to win strategic customers and accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in networking and/or IT security gained in vendor, SI, service provider, consultancy, or enterprise IT environment.
• Pre-sales experience is valuable, but technically strong engineers with customer-facing ambition are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and PoCs.
• Conduct technical enablement sessions online and on-site for partners.
• Support planning, setup and execution of PoCs to strengthen customer confidence in Fortinet.
• Ensure sales teams are equipped with latest technical knowledge and competitive insights.
• Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners.
