Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Premium Audit Reviewer to join the Audit QC Department. This remote, full-time role requires strong math, technical and communication skills to review premium audits and ensure regulatory and client-specific compliance.

You will handle audits across General Liability, Workers’ Comp, and related lines, using multiple methods (physical, remote, virtual, mail, phone) and collaborate with auditors to deliver accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Basic Manual, Commercial Lines Manual, and state manuals.
• Experience using PAAS, including codes, bulletins, FAQs, and state exceptions.
• Proficient in Workers’ Comp and General Liability audits; knowledge of garage/auto liability is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to clearly identify errors and resolutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and stay organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary review of premium audits across General Liability, Workers’ Comp, Garage, and Auto liability.
• Audit methods include Physical, Remote Physical, Virtual, Phone, and Mail.
• Ensure audits meet Afirm QC, state, and client requirements.
• Validate time charges with audit details and explanations.
• Manage inventory of audits to review and meet production targets.
• Provide technical guidance to auditors during reviews and coordinate with Davies QC management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
