Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for large volume commercial projects in the MO area, including budgets, value engineering, schedules, and subcontractor prequalification. You will coordinate estimating efforts, maintain Accubid software, and guide a team to deliver accurate estimates while ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, building construction or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of electrical construction estimating experience on large commercial projects.
• Hands-on project management experience preferred and understanding of project life cycle.
• Experience with estimating software and knowledge of electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all preconstruction activities for large volume commercial projects, including budgets, value engineering, schedules, procurement plans, and sub-contractor prequalification.
• Coordinate estimating processes, review bid packages, and ensure accuracy of estimates and communications with clients.
• Lead and develop the estimating team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
• Develop budgets and bid proposals, monitor costs, and ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Create and maintain relationships with general contractors, owners, and engineers to support future opportunities.
