Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience with precast concrete design for transportation infrastructure and underground structures is preferred.
• Familiarity with ACI 318, ACI 350, ASCE-7, AASHTO; IBC codes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute precast engineering and design tasks.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver safe, cost-effective precast designs.
• Perform and review structural analysis and calculations for various loads.
• Select materials for precast production meeting strength and durability standards.
• Create drawings, plans, and specifications aligned with industry standards.
• Support cost estimation for materials and project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior staff and promote QA/QC processes.
