Job summary

Qualifications

• Collecting, analyzing, and managing sensitive/confidential materials.
• Conducting compliance monitoring, auditing, technical assistance, or program evaluation.
• Conducting or reviewing administrative or criminal investigations.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Training and/or experience with PREA or sexual assault service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage program duties related to DOC PREA compliance.
• Monitor incoming allegations of sexual abuse and sexual harassment.
• Review completed investigations; lead/train on related topics.
• Develop and revise policy; provide technical assistance to facilities for compliance.
• Administer the agency’s PREA database (SINC) and coordinate with external agencies.
