Job summary

GEO Group is seeking a PREA Investigator to conduct investigations at the facility, respond to potential crime scenes, and prepare reports aligned with PREA standards.

Key duties include interviewing, researching, and drafting findings; coordinating with the PSA Compliance Administrator and Corporate PREA team; and maintaining high accuracy while working in a correctional environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED certification required.
• Four years of experience in a correctional setting with two years of progressive investigative experience.
• Ability to write reports and present findings clearly.
• Familiarity with PREA preferred; able to work independently or in teams.
• Must complete GEO OPR Investigations Training and other specialized training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PREA-related investigations and determine appropriate information.
• Interview relevant individuals, research facts, and prepare investigative reports.
• Coordinate with PSA Compliance Administrator and Corporate PREA team.
• Assist in compliance reviews and maintain thorough documentation.
