Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of grant and contract experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interpret and communicate guidelines and policies.
• Experience with Excel and managing multiple awards with varying complexity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-award activities related to grant and contract proposals.
• Assist faculty with grant submission process, including timelines, development and submission of proposals, and budgets.
• Ensure proposals meet sponsor and university guidelines and obtain necessary approvals.
• Coordinate proposal activities between multiple PIs, departments and external entities.
• Assist investigators with MTAs/DUAs/CDAs and signatures; manage due dates and RPPR support.
