Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a Pre Approval Manager to oversee the loan process from start to finish, ensuring borrowers receive the best financial program. The role requires auditing income/assets, reviewing disclosures, and managing a pipeline of diverse loan types while ensuring loan stability.

You will use Encompass LOS with DU/LP, communicate clearly with borrowers, and uphold RESPA regulations. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of mortgage processing experience are

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred.
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations.
• Strong math, analytics, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by explaining loan programs, costs, and documents to borrowers.
• Review income/assets, run DU, verify credit documentation for loan stability.
• Review disclosures and deliver rate and re-disclosures to borrowers.
• Manage a pipeline of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA loans and others.
• Ensure loan structure presents best program based on borrower's finances.
• Pre-underwrite items to support loan approval and identify missing docs.
