Job summary

The Unity School Of Christianity is seeking a UPM Shift Supervisor to lead prayer associates across phone, email, chat, text, and social platforms during a dedicated shift. You will guide real-time performance, coach staff, and ensure compassionate, high-quality service while upholding Unity values and procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs (average handle time, adherence, prayer experience ratings), conducting coaching sessions, coordinating staffing, and reporting on shift

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Related work experience can substitute for a degree; consider applicable cases.
• Experience in high-volume contact center and leadership roles is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time guidance, support, and motivation to prayer associates.
• Monitor KPIs such as average handle time, adherence, and prayer experience ratings.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and staff wellbeing.
• Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to review performance and development.
• Manage escalated constituent interactions with empathy and resolve them.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for the shift.
