Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an experienced program manager to independently oversee statewide or department-wide initiatives under the Executive Director/Director. The role emphasizes direction, guidance, and achievement of program goals, with a 90% remote and 10% onsite hybrid arrangement in the Milwaukee metro area.

The position requires extensive leadership in multi-payer physician reimbursement, budgeting, and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budget.
• Schedule people and material resources.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional resources.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of claims data.
• Coordinate and create development of materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
• Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
• Create and oversee training for Billing, Collections, and Reimbursement employees.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate and manage activities, including acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure reimbursement data and progress are reported to stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
• Other duties as assigned.
