Job summary

Seven Starling is seeking a Practice Partnership Manager in Texas to build long-term relationships with women’s health providers and enable seamless referrals for perinatal mental health care.

You will lead in-person meetings with OB/GYNs and clinic staff, set up referral workflows, grow partnerships through ongoing account management, and help expand service offerings. Some travel is required. This is a mission-driven role at a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, ideally with in-clinic sales.
• 1–2 years of experience at a fast-growth startup.
• Willing to travel weekly (2-4 days, 3 of 4 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Secure meetings with prospective accounts and document details.
• Lead in-person meetings with private practices educating staff about Seven Starling’s mission and referral processes.
• Activate new accounts as referral partners and set up referral workflows and in-office collateral.
• Grow accounts through ongoing relationship management and tailored updates.
• Support the launch of new services and expansions by introducing offerings to partners and identifying opportunities to deepen referrals.
• Share insights and market trends with the Growth team.
• Maintain CRM records for territory and plan targeted outreach.
• Proactively track and manage territory performance against KPIs.
