Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor degree required.
• 3-5 years healthcare billing experience.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare enrollments and revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Capture revenue, billing, and reimbursement accurately and in compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on revenue cycle best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve outcomes.
• Review revenue cycle reports and identify gaps affecting revenue.
• Coordinate and host Open AR meetings with stakeholders.
• Document meeting notes and action items with owners.
