Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Practice Architect - Data Security for a remote role. You will serve as a technical authority, guiding post-sales deployments and developing enablement content, reference architectures, and field methodologies to empower Professional Services.

You will own end-to-end practice content, train delivery teams, and collaborate with Product teams on data protection releases, while ensuring high-impact customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise security and data protection.
• 4+ years hands-on in DLP, CASB, DSPM, or data governance.
• Proven track record delivering complex post-sales engagements.
• Experience creating technical methodology with field adoption.
• Strong credibility with security architects and CISOs.
• Breadth across TLS/SSL inspection, proxies, SaaS API, SIEM/SOAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery for complex customer engagements.
• Own the practice content, reference architectures, and playbooks.
• Mentor delivery teams and develop data security experts.
• Maintain lab to validate capabilities before field deployment.
• Act as NPI owner for data protection releases with Product teams.
