Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Architect and engagement leader to design and deliver secure, well-governed zero trust environments. Lead cross-functional teams, translate complex requirements into target-state architectures, and drive initiatives across security, privacy, and compliance domains.

The role focuses on end-to-end solution architecture for Zscaler platforms, data protection integration, and client relationships, with opportunities to shape strategy and participate in business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Network Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, or related field.
• Approximately 6+ years of relevant cybersecurity/zero trust experience with leadership of teams/workstreams.
• Experience architecting integrated Zscaler solutions across secure internet access, private application access, cloud, branch, and data protection.
• Hands-on architecture or delivery experience with Zscaler, including ZIA and ZPA.
• Experience developing policy and architecture for secure web gateway, NKA, CASB, cloud firewall, SSL inspection, and DLP use cases.
• Experience leading engagement scope, plans, risks, budgets, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zscaler security and data protection engagements from discovery to benefits realization.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange components.
• Design secure internet and SaaS access architectures and zero trust private application access architectures.
• Incorporate data protection capabilities into broader zero trust architectures.
• Develop integrated zero trust strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory obligations.
• Lead enterprise security assessments, architecture reviews, roadmaps, governance, and transformation programs.
• Facilitate workshops across security, privacy, legal, compliance, and network stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into target-state architectures, traffic-flow designs, and migration plans.
• Establish architecture principles, reference patterns, and quality criteria for Zscaler solutions.
• Manage engagements, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
